Information we collect

When you submit Contact Capture, Home Designers uses your name, phone number, selected Service City or Other City, pincode, WhatsApp Consent, calculator type, calculator selections, and Quote Range to send the estimate on WhatsApp. When you submit Talk to a Designer, Home Designers uses your name, email, and phone number to notify the studio team. Calculator Progress stays in your browser until you submit Contact Capture.

How calculator details are used

We use calculator details to calculate an indicative Quote Range, send the Quote Message on WhatsApp, and help the team follow up about your interior project. In-progress calculator selections are not sent before Contact Capture is submitted.

WhatsApp delivery

If you give WhatsApp Consent, your Quote Range and follow-up messages may be delivered through WhatsApp using Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Talk to a Designer leads may be sent to the Home Designers recipient number through Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. The website does not keep a separate database record of calculator submissions or consultation leads.

Data handling

Home Designers may continue the conversation on WhatsApp after the estimate is sent. Visitors can contact Home Designers for privacy or correction questions using the published phone number or email address.
